Pixel Garden is a photo publishing app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have when you use the service.
Account information includes your email address, Supabase user identifier, nickname, avatar, and profile creation time.
Content information includes photos you upload, photo descriptions, categories, comments, and related timestamps.
Technical information may include session identifiers, request metadata, device diagnostics, IP address, and logs created when the app communicates with the service.
We use your information to authenticate your account, keep your session active, show profiles and photos, operate feeds, categories, comments, and Daily Picks, and support account deletion.
We may also use information to maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Pixel Garden uses Supabase for authentication, database records, Edge Functions, and file storage. Supabase processes information as our infrastructure provider.
Session tokens are stored in the device keychain. Uploaded photos and avatars are stored in Supabase Storage, and app records are stored in Supabase database tables.
Your nickname, avatar, uploaded photos, descriptions, categories, comments, and public profile details may be visible to other users of the app.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, or when needed to protect users, the app, or the public.
You can edit your nickname and avatar from Settings. You can delete your account from Settings, which requests deletion of your profile, photos, comments, and Supabase Auth user.
Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or records we are required to keep. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the support contact listed on the App Store product page.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
We keep information while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Pixel Garden is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us through the App Store support contact.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The latest version will be shown in the app.

These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Pixel Garden. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You must be old enough to use online services in your location and able to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pixel Garden.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your device and email secure.
You keep ownership of photos, descriptions, categories, comments, avatars, and other content you submit.
By submitting content, you give Pixel Garden a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, display, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the app.
Only upload content that you own or have permission to publish.
Do not upload or post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or harmful to other people.
Do not spam, scrape, attack the service, reverse engineer private APIs, bypass security, or use the app in a way that interferes with other users.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when we believe these terms were violated or when required to protect the app, users, or the public.
The service may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, categories, feeds, limits, or storage behavior.
You can request account deletion in Settings. Deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, uploaded photos, comments, and authentication account.
Backups, logs, cached data, or records needed for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution may remain for a limited time.
Pixel Garden uses third-party infrastructure, including Supabase and Apple platform services. Those services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for any data, network, or device charges that may apply when using the app.
Pixel Garden is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every piece of content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Garden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill.
